Established in 1980, the factory, specializing in middle- and top-grade shirts and blouses, currently has 500 staff members, 480 sets of advanced professional production equipments, and an annual output of 1,800,000 pieces. It has been well experienced in the import and export business of shirts and blouses, including processing materials supplied by clients and accepting orders for its own samples.

“First-grade quality is the standard of all staff members; customers’ satisfaction is the permanent orientation of the factory.” The factory has been promoted as “provincial advanced-enterprise” and "class-two national medium-sized enterprise" successively. In 2000, it was designated a “summer uniform production company” by the General Logistics Department of the Chinese People's liberation Army. Furthermore, it has gained certificate of ISO9001: 2000 international quality management system in 2004.

The factory, depending on fine workmanship, exquisite design and reasonable price, holds an advantage in market competition. Products are exported to the United States, France, Korea, Venezuela, Hong Kong, and other countries and regions. It earns more than 1.8 million USD through export yearly and there is no claim on account of products’ quality.
